For the seventh track on his 2022 album, Higher, Canadian superstar Michael Bublé formed an unlikely partnership with Willie Nelson to record a version of the latter's 1961 hit, which was immortalized by country singer Patsy Cline (and peaked at number two on the U.S. Billboard Hot Country Singles chart, as well as displaying crossover appeal and making its way into the pop top 10). "Crazy," (which was also recorded by Willie Nelson also recorded and Michael Bublé has described that version as his favourite) is one of the various cover songs on Higher. His version of "A Nightingale Sang in Berkeley Square" was among the many covers on Higher, which also saw him reimagine Bob Dylan's “Make You Feel My Love”, Barry White's “You’re My First, My Last, My Everything” and Paul McCartney's “My Valentine”, while serving up a smattering of original tracks, including the album's title track which was inspired by his eight-year-old son, Noah.
