"Fix You Too" was written by Megan Moroney with Rebecca Mary Greene and Adam Wheeler and appeared on the former's 2022 EP Pistol Made of Roses, which was released following her debut 2021 single "Wonder." A collaboration with US singer-songwriter Kameron Marlowe, "Fix You Too," finds Megan Moroney revisiting familiar ground as inspiration for her songwriting: her self-confessed "horrible taste in men". The soul-stirring ballad finds the Georgia star musing over a past relationship in which she was willing to put her all into fixing her boyfriend. However, she ultimately concludes that it all feels a little too much like hard work. "You’re a fixer-upper if there ever was / And I need some work myself to tell you the truth," she sings confidently. One year after the release of "Fix You Too," Megan Moroney unleashed her debut full-length album Lucky on Sony Music Nashville to rounds of applause.
