Italian pop singer-songwriter Annalisa gravitated towards music from an early age and began honing her voice while working as a bartender in her early teens. She unveiled her first album in 2011, Nali, and spent the next decade carving out a space for herself on the Italian charts with hit records like 2013's Non So Ballare and 2016's platinum-selling offering Bye Bye. However, it wasn't until 2023 that she netted her first chart-topper with "Mon amour," featured on her 2022 album E poi siamo finiti nel vortice. Another burst of success came with the reissue of the aforementioned LP, which spawned the hit single "Sinceramente." Written by Annalisa alongside Paolo Antonacci and Davide Simonetta, "Sinceramente" starts with starlit synths and stripped-back instrumentation before pivoting to pulsating dance-pop as she sings about feeling free and empowered. Annalisa took "Sinceramente" to the Sanremo Music Festival 2024.
