Drenching their salacious, alternative punk-pop frat-boy humour and sexual innuendos, Bloodhound Gang formed in the aptly named Collegeville, Pennsylvania, and began life as a hip-hop group before launching themselves onto the scene with their debut studio album, Use Your Fingers, in 1995. Another two similarly titled '90s albums followed, One Fierce Beer Coaster (1996) and Hooray for Boobies, (1999) before the band weathered the critical storm that was their poorly received, but commercially viable, fourth album, Hefy Fine (2006). "Foxtrot Uniform Charlie Kilo," which uses the NATO phonetic alphabet to spell out the word ‘fuck’, is the eye-rolling embodiment of Bloodhound Gang's toilet humour and sound, a sexual innuendo-stuffed song created off the back of an irreverent email chain between singer Jimmy Pop and bassist Evil Jared. LP single "Foxtrot Uniform Charlie Kilo," even made a dent on the US charts, along with another single, "Uhn Tiss Uhn Tiss Uhn Tiss."
