"Name your price / A ticket to paradise", croon England Dan & John Ford Coley on the opening lines to this mellowed-out, silky-smooth soft-rock trip. In 1979, the US pair took on a song by yacht rock forebearer Todd Rundgren, who first penned piano-led soother “Love is the Answer” in 1977 for his band Utopia. When the Texan duo comprising Danny Wayland "England Dan" Seals and John Edward "John Ford" Coley decided to put their saxophone and gospel-infused stamp on the track a few years later, they scored a Billboard Hot 100 top ten as well as going to the top of the Billboard Adult Contemporary chart. "Love Is the Answer" – a Christian favourite replete with spiritual overtones ("Light of the world / Shine on me / Love is the answer / Shine on us all / Set us free / Love is the answer") that has been covered by various Christian artists over the years – was featured on the duo's 1979 album Dr. Heckle and Mr. Jive.
