Since the release of his breakthrough single "Budapest" in 2014, award-winning English singer-songwriter George Ezra has been consistently topping the charts in the United Kingdom with albums like Wanted on Voyage (2014) and Staying at Tamara's (2018), the latter of which featured his first UK Number 1 single, "Shotgun." On January 28, 2022, George Ezra returned with "Anyone for You," his first single in over four years. An upbeat pop song about relationships and self-discovery, the single is a patchwork of old ideas found in notebooks that were rehashed for the singer-songwriter's third album, Gold Rush Kid. "Anyone for You," also known as "Anyone for You (Tiger Lily)," debuted at Number 32 on the Official UK Singles Chart and peaked at Number 13 in early 2022. Like both of his previous albums, Gold Rush Kid was written and produced entirely by George Ezra with the help of longtime collaborator Joel Pott.
