Hank Williams, Jr. may have unknowingly penned an environmental anthem for our troubled times with "Weatherman," on which he makes a prescient reference to climate change in a verse that feels more than topical: "Everything's been goin' wrong / Please, tell me it's somethin' in the ozone / Or is the atmospheric pressure just too strong / I can't ride out one more storm," he croons, using the weather as a metaphor for the ups and downs of his stormy life. Stepping into his legendary father's fabled cowboy boots, Hank Williams, Jr. began his musical career aged 14 in 1964, first singing on an episode of ABC's The Jimmy Dean Show, and went on to release a string of albums, also winning a Grammy Award in 1990 for Best Country Vocal Collaboration for his 1989 duet with his father, "There's a Tear in My Beer," which was conceived using electronic merging technology. "Weatherman" was taken from Hank Williams Jr.'s 33rd studio album, The Pressure Is On (1981).

Every purchase I have from KV have been excellent. Occasionally there may be a song that you wish was only the backing track. Sometimes, the back up vocals are good to have. Always the music has been excellent
