"Meat & Greet" followed as a single release in 2023 and was duly accompanied by a horror-themed video that frames Ice Nine Kills's frontman Spencer Charnas as a serial killer. Meanwhile, The Silver Scream 2: Welcome to Horrorwood became Ice Nine Kills's biggest commercial hit to date, reaching number 18 on the US Billboard 200 as well as rocketing to the top of the Hard Rock Albums chart.
