When Black Stone Cherry lead vocalist Chris Robertson proclaims "I’m everyone from nowhere" on the band's 2011 hit single "White Trash Millionaire," he is reaching out to a wide audience. A high-voltage hard rocking thrasher, "White Trash Millionaire" opened the Kentucky band's third album Between the Devil & the Deep Blue Sea and was accompanied by a music video that stayed true to the song's content, shot in a scrap yard and evoking a low-budget commercial with Chris Robertson behind the wheel of a 1977 Pontiac Trans Am while the other band members can be seen variously driving a 1961 Chevrolet Impala, 1969 Pontiac Firebird, and a 1970 Dodge Challenger. Released in 2011, Between the Devil & the Deep Blue Sea was certified gold in the UK with the LP's tenth track "Stay" later given the cover treatment by Florida Georgia Line, who released it as the fourth single from their debut 2012 album Here's to the Good Times.
